How do you practice your speaking?

and learn the pronunciation of new words that you have no idea how they sound?

please, answer only in english to practice your reading and writing as well :)

i am always talking to myself. to be honest, i dont need to "learn" new

words, once i see and learn their meaning, i start using it. but when it comes to pronunciation, i just start saying them until i really learn.
