Eu quero começar a estudar sozinha, ano passado eu estudei uns 3 meses por conta própria mas parei pq tava ficando muito perdida.

The best way to learn english, in my opinion, is to take one of those online courses focused on conversation. I learned by studying design books since I was 18, 19 years old, there wasn't any other option, so it was just a matter of picking them up and reading. Over time, it became natural.
